    Who mentors you?  Who are you mentoring?   Does mentoring have to do with age?  Is mentoring a weekly, scheduled process?   How long does mentoring last?  Should I try to find a mentor?   Maybe you have been mentoring someone without even realizing it.  It’s important to get clarity on what mentoring is and what it isn’t.  This class experience will help you understand mentoring.
